GUIDELINES WARNING‼️ Please note that by renting the vehicle, you are agreeing to the following: 1. Absolutely NO SMOKING within the vehicle. There is a $200 cleaning fee penalty for smoking. 2. Curb rash to the rims will result in a $100-$150 fee per rim that is damaged. 3. TESLA IDLE FEE: If charging at a Tesla supercharging station, please unplug as soon as charging is complete and move the car; otherwise, idle fees of $1 per minute will apply. 4. CHARGING LIMIT: DO NOT change the charging limit on the car, or it will be an automatic $100 penalty. 5. The car should remain at or above 20% (60 miles or more) charge at all times so that the battery is not harmed. If the vehicle falls lower than 10% of the total battery capacity (30 miles or less), an additional service fee of $100 will be charged. 6. If the car battery is fully depleted (O miles left), the vehicle will need to be towed to the nearest charging station, and a dead battery fee of $200 will be charged plus tow fees. 7. THE CAR WILL ALWAYS BE DELIVERED CLEAN WITH A FULLY Charged. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO RETURN IT IN THE SAME CLEAN CONDITION UNLESS YOU SELECTED THE POST-TRIP EXTRAS. 8. IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE, PLEASE REQUEST AN EXTENSION TO AVOID A LATE RETURN FEE AND ADDITIONAL USAGE FEE. THE SOONER I KNOW, THE BETTER – THANK YOU 9. Trip date modifications are subject to the availability of our representative and the booking schedule of the car 10. *PARKING FEES, TOLLS, AND OTHER INCIDENTAL COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE VEHICLE USE ARE NOT COVERED BY THE RENTAL AGREEMENT* 11. Lost Amenities: Any lost materials provided in the car will result in a fee reflecting the value of the lost property plus a 50% surcharge for expedited replacement costs and labor.
