• How do Tolls work?

  An EZ Pass Toll Transponder is provided! Any Toll charges incurred using the transponder will be cheaper than cash; all you have to do is drive through and you'll get a bill at the end! Tolls will be billed through Turo as an 'incidental expense'. It may up to 90 days to process as EZ Pass can update slow, especially across different States, depending on your travels! We will supply details of any charged Tolls upon request and they will be within your Start Date/Time and End Date/Time against the EZ Pass Transponder ID in your hired vehicle.

• Snow has fallen in New Hampshire

  So snow ❄️ has fallen in NH! Our cars have both a snow brush/ice scraper and a can of de-icer. Please feel free to use them for your convenience. 🙏👍

• All about the Window Lockbox

  The lockbox can be found on the driver's side rear window. The key will be inside the lockbox. 🌟To access the key: 1) Pull the lockbox rubber cover down by pulling the tab on top of it up and towards you, you will then see the combination keys. 2) After entering in the code, press the chrome lever above the combination keys down and the door will open down. 3) The key will be inside. The key may be inside a faraday bag depending on the model. 4) Enter the code again to close the lockbox. 5) Roll the window with the lockbox down a few inches (4 or 5 inches is sufficient). 6) Slide the lockbox up and off the window (roll the window back up!). 7) And finally store the lockbox inside the vehicle as you’ll need it to return the car at the end of your trip! 🌟Note – If you press in an incorrect code, reset the lock by pushing the black lever down. It is located under No. 8 and between the No. 0 and the * key. 🌟To return the key: 1) Roll the driver’s side rear window down (4 or 5 inches should be sufficient). 2) Slide the lockbox over the glass roughly centered and then roll the window back up. 3) Lock the car! 4) Pull the lockbox rubber cover down by pulling the tab on top of it up and towards you, you will then see the combination keys. The lockbox combination must be entered to open and again to close the lockbox door. 5) After entering in the code, press the chrome lever above the combination keys down and the door will open down. 6) If a faraday bag is provided, please place the key inside the bag. 7) Lastly, place the key inside, then enter the code, press the chrome lever and close the lockbox.

• Is the car clean? Do I need to return it clean?

  Vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected in between each and every trip. This is an absolute. Yes, please do! We try to make it easy, so you have a Golden Nozzle subscription on the vehicle. Please do remember the next guest will appreciate how clean the car is, just like we hope you did when you hopped in!

• Does the vehicle need a full tank of gas before I check out from my Trip?

  Short answer - Yes. Long answer - Yeeeesssss!!! ✨ Unless you've purchased the PrePaid Fuel Extra ✨ Wherever your checking location is, please, please, please top the car up with gas at the closest gas station! We will always top up a vehicle after a trip has completed, if the tank is more than a gallon empty we will have to raise that bill and Turo enforces a $10 'convenience' charge to the fill that we are unable to take away.
