Dear guest, Please note that your booking is subject to all of the following: (1) Absolutely NO SMOKING (of any kind). This includes cigarettes, vapes, and marijuana. You will be fully responsible for all costs associated with decontaminating the vehicle. (3) If the car is returned excessively dirty it may incur additional charges. (4) Gas Policy: Please bring the car back with the same level of fuel as it was given to you to avoid additional fees or you will be charged the amount to fill it up plus a convenience fee of $10. (5) Sunpass is equipped, so don't worry and please enjoy your ride. Tolls will simply be billed and charged back at the end of each rental period. (6) LATE FEE: Please keep in mind that there is a 30-minute grace period for pick up and drop off. After 30 minutes, you will be charged a late fee. Please be conscious of my time as will do the same for you. (7) No speeding, drag racing, drifting, tire burnouts, drug use/distribution, alcohol, and/or illegal activity. The car is equipped with a real-time monitoring system that records abusive driving. Guest may be charged a fee if excessive use is detected. (8) Any damage to the exterior and interior of the vehicle will incur additional charges. (9) The vehicle is equipped with a GPS tracker. (10) You will be responsible for any traffic/ parking violations and tow fees. (11) You are responsible for lockbox during the duration of your trip. Tolls will simply be billed at the end of the rental period. (It may take up to 10 days to receive it) You will receive an invoice through the app, which you can review and verify with receipts in the "Trip photos". You will see the actual tolls with the date, time, location, and amount of each toll.
In case someone else wants to drive the car all you need to do is add them as secondary drivers in order for them to be authorized drivers. Go to the Details page of your trip and scroll all the way to the bottom to the driver's section, where you will find a link to add them.
Unless you added the "Prepaid fuel" in the extras, you will be billed the full amount of gas plus a $10 convenience fee.

The host was extremely nice and helpful I returned the cas at 9:51 and I thought the trip had closed open don’t get charged for the delayed click I was very pleased with the vehicle and the entire experience 🙏🏼
