- Please choose valet parking carefully. Any damage valet parking staff causes will be Guest's responsibility. - Pets are not allowed at all times at the car. - No smoking/marijuana any lingering smell will be reported to Turo and charged up to $250. - No sharp buttons or rivets on clothing. The leather seats are very soft and sensitive. Any damage to the leather will incur a repair cost. - No oil or lotion on the steering wheel. Please keep it matte and new as it is. - No beach sand in the car. Please keep the car clean and tidy. - No food or any beverages inside of the vehicle (except water), any stains will result deep cleaning fee up to $150. - Absolutely no racing, wreckless driving or peeling out. - 93 Gas only, please keep the receipts. - Hand Wash only, please do not put the car through a machine wash. Car will always be washed when it comes back to the Host. - Please be careful when parking close to a curb. Each wheel will be photographed before/after and any curb rash will incur a repair fee.

• Are there any cameras inside the car?

  Guest privacy is our priority and we do not set up any cameras inside the car. However, the Host has access to rear/front cameras located outside of the car for safety reasons. These cameras are always in active mode and report any aggressive driving.

• Can I drive more than 100 miles per day?

  You can drive more than 100 miles per day but any additional miles will be charged at a $ per mile rate indicated in the listing. You can also purchase "Unlimited Millage" package which includes unlimited miles per day.

• What if I am late for check out time (Trip End Time)?

  If the vehicle returned after the trip is officially ended, a late fee will be applied, so please make all extensions in Turo app in advance and reflect correct drop-off time to avoid fees.

• How do I pay for tolls?

  Guest pays all costs of tolls during the trip. After trip ends and check out completed, the Host will check if there were any tolls during the car rental and if so, it will be reported to Turo in order to reimburse the costs. Please note that the car has SunPass that automatically reads toll roads.

• Can I return the car dirty?

  No, the car should be returned in the same condition as it was provided to the Guest. Absolutely, no food, drinks, pets, smoking or vaping inside the car, as we care about car condition before providing it to the next Guest. We will apply a cleaning fee to maintain the highest standard experience for the next Guest. Please use ONLY Touchless and or Hand Wash to clean the car exterior if required.

• Can I return the car without fulfilling the tank?

  Yes, you can return the car with empty or not full tank, however the fee of $95 will be applied in order to fulfill fully empty tank or the remaining amount + convenience fee to fulfill not full tank and get ready for the next Guest.
