Hello Wayne, I understand that you did not like that Turo deduct money from you for the damaged windshield, but I could not help you in any way and that damage brought me financial losses too. I apologize that you are out of luck with your first rental on Turo, but it was not my fault that the windshield cracked during your trip. And I feel very bad that you left a bad review for me as a host, although I rent you my brand new car. Thanks for your attention and understanding.
