The whole experience with Richard was awesome. Check-in was a breeze, the car was located in a safe area with no obstructions, in a safe neighborhood. The car itself was awesome, it felt like it just came out of the dealership. It was everything I expected it to be. I wish the car was mine!! I will absolutely rent with Richard again.
