Guidelines
Absolutely NO! -Racing -Reckless Driving -Pets of any kind -Alcohol -LED lights are not legal while in motion. Use them at your discretion. You will be held responsible for any ticket or fine you receive and any damages caused. -The car must be returned clean or there will be a fee if you did not add on the Extra "Post-trip Cleaning". -No smoking in the car or there will be up to a $500 dollar fee. -No pets allowed or there will be a $100 fee. Things can go wrong and are expensive to fix. Though insurance covers some things, the "Guest" will be responsible for any deductible. The "Guest" is also fully responsible for any items that aren't under warranty. These items include things like, burning out the clutch, damage to the wheels, flat tire replacement/repair, windshield replacement, and a rental car while anything is being repaired on my vehicle. Finally, the car will have a full tank of premium gas. I ask that you, please return it that way.

Does gas need to be filled before returning the car?

Is there smoking permitted in the car?
No Smoking or Vaping of any type is allowed in the car. If there is any lingering smell, it will be reported to Turo and a fee of up to $500 will be charged for detail and cleaning services.
What if I return the car late?
"If a guest returns a vehicle more than 29 minutes late, they may be charged for the additional use. This is billed by an average of the daily rate of the vehicle, including the trip fee and any other applicable fees such as the young driver fee and the protection fee." "If a guest returns a vehicle more than two hours late, the guest may be charged a $20 late fee." "If a guest is more than 24 hours late, is unresponsive, or caused a trip cancellation because of their lateness, they will be charged an improper return fee up to $50."
Do we have to clean the car when returning?
Cleaning the car is not required if you choose to add on the Extra "Post-trip cleaning" for $15. If you did not choose this added Extra then please return the car cleaned inside and out. Either way please be careful when eating and drinking and be mindful not to track mud in the car.
Are Pets allowed?
I'm sorry but no pets are allowed. As per Turo's Cleaning Policy: "If a pet enters a vehicle at any time without a host’s consent, the guest will be held responsible for having the car cleaned."

Had an amazing experience driving the Challenger. Never had so much fun in such a machine before and renting this vehicle was so worth the price! Curtis was a fine gentleman giving renters a satisfactory experience with his challenger. Emphasizing on having the best time and most importantly safety for my trip. He's gone over everything I needed to know about the car, recommendations on restaurants, places to have a smooth drive, and tourist destinations to make the most out of my experience. Very friendly and honest man, always able to answer questions and have communication with me. I went out of my way to clean his car a little more than needed just to show my appreciation for him and his kindness. If you ever need some muscle around VA please don't hesitate to rent with Curtis! As a Navy sailor I would highly recommend other service members to rent with curtis!!! Very military friendly!
