This renter realized I i was brand new and didn’t set up my account properly also he had just set up his with no rides or reviews I want comfortable with the ride as I did t properly set up my account before he booked 2 spectate trips within minutes of each other . We resolved it but wasn’t how I expected my Turo experience to begin.
