Are you flexible with extensions? Returning the car early? Adjusting pick-up/return time?
Yes! The vehicle will be ready for you at your pick-up time, but it is perfectly fine if you need to pick it up after that. We do ask that any significant changes be made in the app under the “Modify Trip Details” section - this is particularly important if you are going to be more than 30 minutes late at vehicle drop-off or if you want to pick up the car more than 30 minutes early. If you need to extend or shorten your trip, that is also flexible, pending the vehicle's availability.
How Does Communication Work?
Turo requires all communication to be held in the Turo app, and we ask that you please adhere to this policy. The Turo app is managed nearly 24/7 per day by myself or my partner, while my personal cell phone is not - by messaging here in the app you will get the quickest response. It is IMPORTANT that you download the Turo app and turn notifications on, otherwise, you will miss important pieces of instruction for vehicle pick up.
Do I need to clean the vehicle before returning?
We ask that you return the vehicle in the same condition you picked it up in. We don't expect you to go out and detail the car before return, but we do appreciate the car being tidy upon return.
What Type of Gas Does the Car Take? Do I Need to Fill Up the Gas Tank Before Returning?
Regular unleaded; we do ask that you fill the tank to the same level you received it at before return.
Do You Offer Delivery?
Yes! I offer delivery
Additional Fees
The guest is responsible for any fees associated with delivering the car to the airports or train stations.

The vehicle was wonderful. It was clean when I picked it up. The host was responsive. The car was safe and economical with great gas consumption.
This trip was perfect. Only couple of things was I kept getting an air tag alert since I picked up the car. I informed the host just in case someone placed it. Also, the “change oil” marker worried me but the host said it’s nothing to worry about and she will take care of it.
I would rent this vehicle again. Satisfied customer here. Thank you Ciera.
