I appreciate your cooperation! -I kindly ask that unless you choose the post-trip cleaning option, that you return the interior of the car in the same condition you found it (this means throwing out trash, personal items that you’d like to discard, and vacuum any pet hair that may have accumulated). -When you (the renter) book this vehicle and follow through with your reservation, you (the renter) agree to all damages and liability associated with operating a motor vehicle during your (the renter) reservation period. You (the renter) agree to follow all rules and regulations of the municipality’s Motor Vehicle Code in which you (the renter) operate the vehicle, and you (the renter) are solely liable for any damages or liability resulting from misuse, negligence or violation of this code during your (the renter) reservation period. You (the renter) also agree to hold harmless the host/owner of the motor vehicle for any primary or third party liability resulting from misuse, negligence or violation of local/state/federal laws during the reservation period. -To the fullest extent permitted by law, under no circumstances will the host and/or owner of the vehicle rented under this booking be liable for any losses incurred or sustained by, or imposed upon, you (the renter) arising out of or relating to your or any current or secondary driver's criminal, willful, or grossly negligent action or omission in connection with your booking of this vehicle, the operation of a vehicle, or in connection with your participation in the program. -To the fullest extent permitted by law, under no circumstances will the host and/or owner of the vehicle being rented under this booking be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, business opportunity, or anticipated savings, arising from or related to this vehicle booking.
