Smoking is NOT ALLOWED.. No Smoking or any type of marijuana smell is allowed in the car. If there is any lingering smell, we will report to Turo and charge an excess $250 for detail and cleaning services.

  • Is smoking allowed?

    No, it is not and it is against Turo Policy. For more details you can view their personal page, they charge a smoking/cleaning fee as a well a ban on the account.

  • Can I come earlier than my set reservation time to ‘Pick Up’ the car?

    The Vehicle can only be given at the start time, so both guest and host are covered my Turo insurance! If you would like to pick up earlier you’ll have to modify your time!

  • What will happen if I bring the car later than my end time?

    You have a grace period of 30 minutes when ‘dropping off’ a Vehicle. After that we follow Turo's Policies regarding the additional usage, the longer it takes for the vehicle to be brought back the charge increases. Guest have 5 hours to extend after their trip ends to avoid penalties.

  • Can I 'Drop Off' the vehicle earlier that my set reservation time?

    If it is within our business hours the car can be dropped earlier, you'll need to get confirmation through turo text and then we just ask to modify the time accordingly!

  • Do your cars have EZPASS?

    Our EZPASS is set up through the license plate and guests will be sent an invoice when it is processed through our account! Any tickets mailed to us throughout the guests trip will also be sent an invoice through the app

  • What is the gas policies?

    All of our cars are given with FULL tanks, this is represented by the fuel gauge, NOT the miles shown per gallon. If it is not brought back fuel we will charge what is cost to fill up and $10 inconvenience fee is automatically charged per Turo policy of Detail & Cleaning Services.

  • Can I keep the car longer than my set reservation time?

    Yes, it is possible if the vehicle doesn't have a future booking and/or if it falls in our business hour. It will count as an extension which you can request under the "details" tab on the app and then "modify trip". Once there you'll be able to change the date and time.

Car was smelling cigarette, was very dirt outside, and tires were completely unbalanced. We drove for approx 100 miles and the experience was terrible with the car vibrating the entire trip. The car had a message the it needs repair/maintenance.
Besides that, although Stephen has uploaded few pictures of the car crashed (in the back and front left door), the first 11 pictures or so show a nice car without any scratch.

Rented with Stephen many times. Typically a great experience, unfortunately this trip was different.

The car was towed due to outstanding parking tickets. My belongs were in the car. I picked up the car the night before to use first thing in the morning.... and woke up to the car missing.

Between having to go to the police station & not being able to book another vehicle until the car was located, I winded up having to cancel my event & lost a great opportunity for my small business, as well as money 😔

I am very distraught but moving forward I WOULD STILL BOOK WITH STEPHEN AGAIN. He was very apologetic, explained the situation, and did the best he could to help alleviate the situation.

This is still ongoing at the moment while I try to get a refund for the trip. Looking forward to fully resolving the issue & renting without issue in the future.
