This is the first time that we’ve cancelled a trip ever without a replacement vehicle. All of our vehicles were out for the holiday, and the Maserati’s alternator failed the evening before this trip. The part cannot be sourced locally. We attempted to contact this guest to arrange a vehicle rental through another company, but he did not respond.
