Excellent as always!

The car was great! Nice and clean. The pickup location is very busy so avoid coming during rush hour or you may have to deal with delivery trucks and/or waiting a while to pick up your car.. The hosts are great at communicating and get back to fairly quick. I would definitely book again.

Terrible experience and poor support. I booked a car for $38/day, needing affordable transport for a few days, but encountered multiple issues:
1. Accessibility Fail: I was prompted to upload a photo holding my license, but with a paralyzed arm, I couldn’t. I was told this could be done in person—but no one was present at pickup. Later, they said it’s a “contactless” process. I had to ask the garage attendant for help.
2. Misleading Location: The pickup was listed as 1 Central Park West, but no one at the hotel knew about Turo. The real location was a nearby garage mentioned only in the fine print. I unnecessarily hauled luggage across the street and down the block.
3. Car Condition: The car was in terrible shape—dented on nearly every panel, unlike the listing photos. Even family joked that I rented from Rent-A-Wreck.
4. Hidden Fees: I rented the car for 53 hours and paid for 3 days. Returning it just two hours late cost me an extra $137 even though it was well within the 3 day period. Unlike traditional companies, there's no grace period. DrivePro, the host, is particularly strict—so beware.
