We will provide the car with a full tank so fuel level should be full at return. For your convenience purchase the Prepaid Refuel at check out. --- Renter is 100% liable for any damages incurred to vehicle during trip. --- Any parking fees, tolls and/or tickets incurred while on the trip will be billed separately after the trip has been completed. —- Leave the vehicle the way you found it. Excessive dirt or mess will result in separate cleaning fees. —- This is a non-smoking vehicle. Great host and experience.

Had a smooth pickup and dropoff experience, however the car had an issue where it repeatedly showed an oil change was required. The host had mentioned a separate coolant-related sensor issue may come up, but we encountered additional oil change alerts which were quite urgent and stressful. After letting the host know we did eventually get a response within an hour and no immediate action was needed, however it did cause an interruption in the trip which was unfortunate and unnecessary.
Thank you Pranav, check engine signs pop up early on every bmw as I explained there was no need to panic. Sorry I could not grant you a discount for a check engine signal.

the car ran and drove smoothly as expected. There’s a slight sensor issue that the car has but nothing to be concerned about. Mike was a good host, very communicative and and easy to work with!

Overall a smooth experience, but did have a couple minor annoyances with low tire pressure warning and inability to use Android Auto. I guess you'll have these things with a 6 yr old vehicle. Besides that the BMW drove nicely and felt luxurious. Getting car in and out of the garage was also very easy. Would use Mike's car rental services again in the future.
Tires are being replaced as we speak. Android auto is easy to pair if the car is park
