Nasser was great PLEASE NOTE that he works at the gas station at that address so you might find him behind the cash register. He was friendly and professional unfortunately I just have a couple of small issues with the experience. This must have been a busy weekend because I had issues with contacting him for the pick up and he didn’t tell me that he wasn’t going to be there when I dropped it off. The car was also a little dirty inside and the “needs maintenance” light stayed on the whole trip. It ran really well though.

This was the second time I booked Nasser's Toyota Prius. As a newbie to Turo, when I recently booked my first trip with Nasser I admit I was somewhat skeptical and nervous about using the service. However, I could not have been more pleased with the level of service, courteousness, and professionalism that Nasser provided. Not to mention how convenient the pick up and drop off location is for a very busy business professional like myself. Because of these factors, not only did I just complete my second trip with Nasser, I will also be booking my third trip with him very soon. Nasser was extremely professional and helped make the transaction as smooth as possible. The car was clean and ready to go last minute due to my reservation. He was friendly and made me feel comfortable driving his car. I would definitely rent again!

The car was clean and pleasant to ride in. Nasser couldn’t be there for pick-up, but I was able to pick up the keys from the folks at the gas station just fine.
