MY REVIEW: FIRST OFF I WANT TO START OFF BY SAYING I THOUGHT THAT THE GUY HAD GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN I PICKED UP THE CAR BEFORE I PICKED UP THE CAR I WAS READING THE REVIEWS & I SAW A BAD ONE ABOUT THE CAR BEING SHAKY SO I WROTE HIM ABOUT IT TO SEE IF THAT PROBLEM WAS UNDERCONTROL BEFORE I CANCELED SO HE SAID YES OK COOL PICKED THE CAR UP STARTED DRIVING ITS VERY SHAKY WHEN YOU STOP ON BREAKS THE CAR WAS VERY FILTY INSIDE & OUT & GAS WAS VERY LOW I NEEDED AN EXTRA DAY EVEN DOE I HATED THE CAR SO I MESSAGED LLOYD ON THE APP ASKING HIM CAN I GET AN EXTRA DAY HE WROTE BACK & SAID YES I SHOULD BE ABLE TO DO SO ON THE APP SO I DID 4:00pm HE’S CALLING MY PHONE WITH A ATTITUDE AS IF I RAN OFF WITH HIS CAR THEN GONNA SAY OH I DIDNT SEE IT HE HAS VERY BAD Customer service and communication I HAVE RENTED HIM THIS APP MANY OF TIME & HE WAS THE WORST & I forgot to mention that when I got there to get the car being that I booked it a day before he had me to wait while he go & act as if he had to disinfect it ! I WOULD’T Recommend him to anyone

I actually disinfected the car she saw me and I’m not here to argue I’m doing the very best that I can to provide a service for people and I’m also running several businesses. I’m sorry that you had a bad experience and I’ll do my best to make it better for people moving forward

He definitely has amazing customer service . But, the car i would not rent ever again. The check engine light was on and the car was very shaky especially on the highway . When i picked it up it was dirty and had an empty tank . My trip also started an hour after i booked it originally for .
