The pickup process was a little clunky. I had to wait 30 minutes after my predetermined pickup time to gain access to information on where the car was located. To the host’s credit, he was prompt and professionally in all communications following this incident. The car was in great shape inside; however, the exterior was kinda rough for the age of the vehicle. Overall, it was a decent car and rental experience.
