The car was fine to take me from point A to B while I was in town. The host was very responsive, too. I did not like the fact that the car was packed at the airport since 1157 when my scheduled pickup was at 6 pm, adding a $20 packing fee to my cost. While I understand the host may have other things to do to allow for a drop off at the lot closer to the scheduled pickup, It appears that the full parking cost is forced on renters, if you want to convenience of airport pick up. There is an option to pay only $10 when the parking duration is 30 minutes or less. It was also interesting that the host wanted to meet me at the parking lot at almost the exact time I am dropping off, I guess to avoid paying parking cost, it will be nice if this same thought is put in for the renter where possible.

I had thought renting on TURO was supposed to be a cheaper alternative to the major rental brands at the airport, but with the cost I spent on this trip- turo rental - $75.79 for only 200 miles; parking- $20 and gas- $10 and having to walk a distance to and from the parking lot, I am way better of using the rental companies. If i had rented from National, for example, I would have only spent about $60 total, including the cost of refueling. I have learned my lessons.
