To ensure you have a pleasant trip, please follow rules listed below: *Car Use* 1. No smoking of any kind, cigarette, cigar, vape, e-cigarettes, weed, etc. ($150 fee for smell, presence of smoke or ashes) 2. No pets. *Driving* 1. No Off-roading or Towing 2. No Harsh treatment to the engine such as excessive speed and revving. 3. Guests are responsible for any costs associated with traffic violations, impound fees | towing for parking violations, etc. 4. You are required to follow traffic laws and speed restrictions. You must notify host of any tickets, tolls and/or violations to avoid additional fees. 5. Only drivers listed on the reservation may operate the vehicle. 6. This vehicle requires premium gasoline only. Please use premium fuel to ensure optimal performance and avoid any potential issues. *Returning the Car* 1. When “Prepaid Refuel” option is not added to the Trip, the vehicle must be returned with a full tank of premium gasoline. Failure to return a full tank will incur the full reimbursement cost of fuel, plus a $10 inconvenience fee. 2. Early or late drop off? It happens! But please try to communicate, so I can plan receipt of car accordingly. In the event of breakdown or accident, contact us on the Turo app.
