If you need to pickup, drop-off, or have the car delivered anywhere else, please pay for delivery when booking. The delivery fee covers the costs of paying for parking to remove the vehicle from its home location at the airport and for myself to travel to and from the airport for both your delivery and drop-off. If picking up at BNA, I will have the car parked and ready in a Turo designated spot in Terminal Lot A (or if they’re taken another nearby spot) and I will message you with details on obtaining the key. You will be able to check yourself in and check-out without me being present. When you arrive at BNA, follow signs for Terminal Lot A. You’ll see the Turo spots at the front of the lot or I’ll let you know where the car is parked if it is elsewhere. I will text you the location on maps as well. There will be a $15-$30 parking fee upon leaving Terminal Lot A. I am more than happy to Venmo/PayPal/Cash App/Apple Pay you to refund you that expense. Unfortunately, Turo does not currently allow me to reimburse you this cost through the app. You will likely need a major credit/debit card when leaving the lot as most of the time there is no one on-duty to accept cash payments. If you need the car delivered somewhere else, please pay for delivery when booking and be sure to see the FAQ section on the vehicle's listing page.

  • I'm totally new to Turo, how does this process work and what can I expect?

    Welcome! Turo is an awesome community that connects you with local car enthusiasts like myself to avoid the headaches that many people experience with traditional car rental services. Be sure to read the entire description for this vehicle and the guidelines. This FAQ section is always available during your trip if you need to refer back to it. When you get to the car, use the Turo app to check-in. Check-in is a quick process that gives you time to document photos of the car as it was given to you. It will also ask you to document mileage and the level of gasoline in the car. ***Please also include a photo of the front of your driver's license in the trip photos section of the Turo app so that Turo and myself have it on record.*** You can use the app any time during your trip to see your receipt, information about the car, details about your trip, and to message me with any questions or concerns you may have. The Turo app is the best way to communicate with me so that all conversations are on record. You will have my cell phone number as well in the event you need to contact me quickly. When it comes time to complete your trip, leave the vehicle in the location we have agreed on (or I can pick the car up from you if you book with delivery). I will give you details on what to do with the key. You'll check-out using the Turo app to take post-trip photos, document mileage, and fuel level. If you have any questions, concerns, issues, etc. please feel free to message me on the Turo app at any time!!   • How do I operate the convertible top?

    To operate the convertible top first ensure the vehicle is in park. To open/lower the convertible top, press and hold the convertible top switch in the center console DOWN until an alarm on the instrument cluster indicates the process is finished. To close/raise the convertible top, PULL the convertible top switch UP/towards you until the alarm in the instrument cluster indicates that the operation is complete.

  • What if I need to cancel my trip?

    No worries! If you booked your trip 25 hours or more before your scheduled trip start time: Turo's cancelation policy allows you to cancel your trip up to 24 hours before your trip start time for free. If canceling within 24 hours of your scheduled trip start time, fees apply depending on the time and situation. If you booked your trip less than 25 hours before it is scheduled to start: You can cancel for free WITHIN ONE HOUR IMMEDIATELY AFTER BOOKING. Outside this hour, fees apply.   • Can I pickup or drop-off anywhere other than the airport?

    Yes! I am always happy to have the vehicle ready at the airport for free, however, if you need the vehicle delivered to you elsewhere, please elect to pay for delivery when booking. This fee allows me to get back to my other vehicle/home and covers any parking expenses accrued from taking the car out of its home location at the airport parking lot and getting it delivered to you. If you do not pay for delivery when booking, I am unable to deliver or pickup the car to you anywhere other than the airport. Booking with delivery also enables Turo to have record of where the vehicle was delivered and dropped off to avoid any security issues.
