I will send you a reminder within 24 hours of pickup.*** I will send a text with a Google Maps link showing the precise location. Please enter through the gated door to the right of the main gate (code = 514 + enter). If you select airport delivery, you will receive separate instructions. When you arrive, please contact me and I will unlock the vehicle. The key will be in a pouch in the left glovebox. For photo ID, please upload these two photos to the "trip photos" section in the app: 1 – A close-up photo of your driver’s license. 2 – A photo of you holding your license next to your face. Faqs
How clean does the car have to be when I return it?
While cars on Turo are expected to be returned in the same condition as they were rented out in, I am lenient with that, given the exceptional condition that you will receive the car in. I wash and detail my car after every booking, and don't expect it to be returned in showroom condition. Returning it in a condition that will allow me to detail the interior with a quick vacuum and wipe-down will suffice!
Can I change the color of the interior lights?
Yes! You can adjust that in the settings as well, and there are plenty of colors and luminosities to choose from.
What are the different drive settings like?
There are three drive settings that you can choose from, and one more that you can customize: 1 - Comfort (the most relaxed setting possible, with the softest suspension, quietest exhaust note, etc.) 2 - Dynamic (the most sporty setting) 3 - Auto (the car changes based on your driving characteristics You will receive the car in Individual mode, which has been configured in my favorite way: softest suspension, quietest engine note, but most responsive transmission settings. Feel free to adjust to your liking!
Are there any quirks about the car that I should know about?
