Guidelines
Please adhere to the following rules: 1. NO SMOKING and NO PETS in the vehicle. Doing so will cause for a cleaning fee. 2. No racing in the vehicle. Doing so will cause for a speed limit to be put on the car. 3. Do not leave the car with less than 10% of battery power overnight without charging. This is because the car gradually loses power when parked. 4. Do not leave excess trash. 5. Major stains in the car will cause for a cleaning fee. 6. Bring/Upload a VALID ID that matches your name on this account or we cannot legally give you the vehicle. 7. Add any other drivers that will be driving the vehicle on the TURO App 8. Return the car with the same/similar battery percentage as it was picked up. 9. Most important rule is to have fun and enjoy your cool car.

Do I need to pay when I charge?
No, your payment will be calculated automatically by the Tesla account on file and will be added to your trip estimate. so all you need to do is go to a supercharger and plugin.
Do i need to turn the car on or off?
No, the car is always on and manages the power for you. It will turn itself on when you enter and turn off when you exit and lock the doors.
Can I charge at a normal outlet?
Yes, you can charge using a standard 12v outlet. However the charging will be very slow, this is great for overnight charging. A charging cable and adapter will be provided.
