ABOVE ALL Return the car in the condition it was given to you 🐶 I am an animal lover but not when it comes to my car, so please keep your furry friends at home. 🚭 Absolutely no smoking or drugs in the vehicle.Smoke or drugs fine $150; Pet hair issue fine $150; So please don't smoke in the car. 🚮 I clean my vehicle before each rental. Please respect the next renter by bringing it back clean. A cleaning fee will apply for bringing the vehicle back dirty or smelling of smoke. -Highly recommend Post-trip cleaning. Only cost $25. Return the car hassle free, without worrying about cleaning up after your trip. Does not cover upholstery cleaning, spills, stains, pet hair, or smoke removal. ⛽️ Please return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel it was delivered to you with. - I will usually deliver the vehicle to you with a full tank.Fuel charge will apply for less than full level and a reimbursement will be requested within 72 hours after the end of your trip. - Upload a picture of the gas receipt in the "trip pictures ". OR keep all the gas receipts in car Center Console. If not I can go fill it up for you for $10 plus the cost of gas ⏰️ Please be on time. - If you pick up the vehicle late that's usually not a problem for me, as long as you let me know you're running behind. However picking up late DOES NOT mean you can return the car late. Late returns are not acceptable. The car is due back no later than the listed Turo time. This is to protect you, as insurance is only covered during the rental periods. If you're running behind, please modify the trip through Turo to avoid late fees. We arrived as planned after midnight and had to wait in a sketchy parking lot for the host to remote unlock the car, despite multiple messages and calls. Once inside the car, the smell of smoke was overpowering and clung to our clothes and belongings all week—even though the listing said “no smoking.” Overall, the smell of the car made it nearly unusable and I would not rent from this host again.

You sent a message at 1:11, and I replied to you at 1:14. Long time no see? The parking lot is shabby. You should complain to the airport instead of complaining to me. You said there was cigarettes in the car, but why didn't you refuse it at that time, but enjoyed the journey instead?
