Jordan's Model 3 was a joy to drive! It was only my 2nd Turo rental. I intended on renting a Model Y but when that fell through at the last minute that's when our paths crossed. The car was immaculately clean and I really appreciated that he drove over an hour to deliver the car to me. Having owned a Model X for the past 6 years I was happy to share some of my Tesla knowledge with him and was very appreciative when he let me extend the rental by another day. Thanks again Jordan!

Jordan is a great host for anyone but especially for someone new to Turo. I really appreciate his knowledge and patience. Car is in tip top shape and super clean.

Jordan really helped me out in a pinch. My other reservation cancelled 9 hours before the trip started and Jordan was able to fit me in for a 7am pick up. Great car and great host.

I waited 2 day's to give this a bad review. 1st Jordan was late (no big deal I'm a truck driver I know things happen) 2nd. Jordan contacts me on the second day about a 50 dollar charge for using the home charger. Owning my own I asked why didn't he take it from the truck. 3rd. I was running a few minutes late and Jordan tells me to contact turo for more time. Turo dosen't rent the car for a few extra minutes but a day. Remember he was late too but I didn't complain and when I was late I had to pay 167 dollars for a few more minutes. Then Jordan had me waiting to pick up the car. Again he is willing to have you wait but he's fine having you waiting on him. I will avoid Jordan from now on.
