If you'd rather not spend time charging, simply return without recharging and you will be charged for prepaid charging. Q: What's the minimum charge I can drop the vehicle off with once the trip ends: A: To allow enough charge for me to take the vehicle to a charger, please ensure there are at least 20 miles left. Q: Is smoking allowed in the vehicle? A: No! This is a non-smoking vehicle. Smoke odor is extremely hard to remove from vehicles and often times takes multiple expensive treatments. Additionally, Turo does not allow it either and will charge a hefty fee if the vehicle is smoked in. Q: Are pets allowed: A: This is a new vehicle with white interior and it's in pristine condition. To ensure it stays that way, pets are not allowed to be in the vehicle. Q: What happens if I drive through tolls or use the express lane: A: Any toll/express lane charges that are invoiced to me will be passed along to you by being added on to the trips final cost. Please keep in mind that during busy periods of the day, the express lane costs go up so if you ride the express lane for a long time, the charges can add up quickly! Q: How much charge will the vehicle have when I rent it? A: The vehicle will always be charged to 100% prior to rental, and then will be driven to the pick-up location. So, you can expect to receive the vehicle with 85%-90% charge, but it may be closer to 75% when doing airport pickup.
