Returned the car early because I didn’t realize the exterior damages done to the car and never got a refund back.

I am sorry you feel that way. It is not my fault about the refund. I don’t provide the refund. TURO does. We texted multiple times from TURO app and my wife’s cellphone that you needed to cancel the trip on your end because you decided to return the car. I called TURO on my end the same day we talked and they told me you needed to do it so the refund could be processed. I texted you again you need to cancel on the app but you didnt...

First time renting on Turo and alan made everything a breeze. It took me less then 5 min to pick up the vehicle and drop off was even easier. Alan respondes quickly and answered every question I had. If your looking for a beautiful vehicle to spend your time out in Miami this is one of the best choices hands down.
