-------------------- General guidelines --------------------- • Return the vehicle with a minimum of 50 miles of range. Failure to do so will result in a $20 fee • Do not operate the vehicle with less than 20 miles of a charge remaining because this causes battery degradation • Do not exceed 90% charge level when using Tesla Superchargers as this will cause battery degradation • Notify me if the car incurs any damage while under your care • No SMOKING - Cigs, ecigs, weed, etc. Violate this rule and you will be charged a $150 fee 🚭 • Furry critters are not permitted. Violate this rule and you will be charged a fee based on level of cleaning required. • Please return the car clean, inside and out. If this car requires more than a light cleaning, Turo cleaning fees will apply. Please select the "post trip cleaning" extra if you want to skip cleaning on your end. • GPS TRACKER WILL BE USED - Abuse of the vehicle (rapid acceleration, repeated hard braking, excessively speeding, etc.) will not be tolerated. If you don't agree to treat my vehicle with respect and be a good driver on the road, please do NOT rent this vehicle.

How do I charge the vehicle?
Please refer to Tesla's support article https://www.tesla.com/support/charging Charging ground rules: • To prevent degradation do not supercharge more than 90% of the battery capacity • Be considerate and unplug and move the car when charging is finished to avoid accruing idle fees
Can I use the Tesla Supercharger?
Yes, but it is NOT free! You will be requested to reimburse any charging fees at the end of the trip. That said, the Tesla supercharging fees are very reasonable -- the typical cost is $12 to $15.
What charging equipment will be provided with the vehicle?
An adapter will be provided to use with non-Tesla chargers. Additionally, a 20' corded mobile connector will be provided to charge the vehicle using a standard 110V electrical wall outlet. Both the adapter and mobile connector will be in a Telsa storage bag placed in the truck.
Can the pick-up and drop off locations be different?
Yes, they can as long as the drop off location is within a 10-mile radius of the vehicle's home location. Please contact me via the Turo messaging service to discuss the details.
Does your vehicle come with an NC Quick Pass?

Don was an excellent host and the car was amazing. It was a last second booking after the cancellation of a different vehicle with a different host. Don delivered. Instructions were detailed and clear. Car was a head turner and drove great. It was the perfect vehicle for our exploration of Charlotte. The technology was top notch and simple to navigate. I would highly recommend this host and this vehicle.
