Does not cover upholstery cleaning, spills, stains, pet hair, or smoke removal. Pets are allowed if placed in a kennel. Pets are not allowed to roam freely inside the vehicle.

Smoking allowed?
No! Smoking is not allowed in any of the vehicles on the Turo platform. If you are a smoker make sure you don't enter the vehicle with the odor in your clothes. Guests could be charged up to $250 for evidence of smoking in vehicles.

Headlamp is out breaks are squeak

Unfortunately, the driver-side headlight went out during this trip, but we were not notified until the trip ended. The headlight was replaced upon return. The brakes and rotors were replaced on 3/20/25. We are willing to provide proof upon request. No squeaking was heard during our inspection on 3/30/25.

The good news is the communication was great. The bad news is the car was a smoker car. Also the transportation from the airport was a 25 minute wait. One of the advantages of TURO is the ease of connecting at an airport. Sorry to say if this was are first experience it would be our last but are previous experiences have been great.

Unfortunately, the previous guest violated Turo's no-smoking policy by smoking in the car. We did our best to eliminate the smell. Unfortunately, this is a challenge all hosts face with closely booked trips. Out of 223 trips, this is our first 3-star rating for this vehicle. Customers are in good hands with us. We apologize for this unpleasant experience.
