If I could, I would give a rating of 4.5. The host was excellent. Very communicative when I booked and leading up to pick up and drop off. The car was super, great driving, accessories and a/c. The only thing that was a bit of a wrinkle was the pickup and drop off. I, admittedly, could have shared more helpful info but I felt like the rep dropping off the car off was not a great communicator either. Again, on our drop off, the rep was running late so the host called us and directed us to drop the car off in the parking deck, instead of at departures, which would have been much more convenient and what we had agreed to at the beginning of the trip. To sum up, host and car= A+ but rep pick up and drop off = B-.
