Guidelines

Gas: Gas is not included with your rental, please bring the vehicle back with the same or more gas than when you received it. Be sure to take photos for the gas and mileage before and after your trip. Missing Gas: If you do not have time to fill up the tank upon return Turo will charge fee in addition to the missing portion of gas. Returning the vehicle with missing gas will void our 15 min grace period for returns. Toll: For tolls, you can prepay the toll, pay cash or go through Fastrak. If you go through Fastrak with our vehicle, you will be billed for the toll. If you do not use Fastrak please keep the receipt. If you do not inform us about toll crossings through Turo messages, Turo will charge fee in addition to the cost of the toll. Please let us know via Turo Messenger with the tagline "I had X tolls crossings for this trip" so we can take care of these tolls in a efficacious manner! Tickets: You are responsible for all tickets during your rental AND for 24 hours following the rental period. If you incur a ticket, we will pay off the ticket for you and Turo will charge a fee in addition. You may elect to pay off the ticket on your own. Damage/Accident: Please notify us of any damage or accidents that happen during your rental. We appreciate your honestly and will work with you to solve the problem (we have good relationships with a few shops in the area). Cleanliness: Please return the car in as-good or better condition than when you borrowed it. No smoking or pets please, thanks! If you do smoke or have pets in the vehicle, Turo will charge a large fee. Lost items: You are responsible for all items during your rental. If you lose an item you rented from us we will charge you for the item and an additional service fee.

Worst turo experience ever. Host didn't disclose all the problems with his vehicle in the listing. I picked up and he told me it was no big deal. Car had problems the entire time I had it. I returned it early because I couldn't stand it anymore. I also called turo and they said deal with the host we take no responsibility for the vehicles listed or the hosts that rent them. That's great customer service 🤔

Pick up and return very well handled. The car wasn’t very clean, but not too dirty. There is a problem with the break, it works but the car makes a very loud and annoying sound when using the break. Must be fixed.

Host petty good.but not for first time user.cause when you first pick up the car kind of don't know what to do.you don't know well about use that Turo APP ,like me first time a little nervous.want someone in person.so can talk about the car .the rule things like that.cause you don't want get trouble.you know just some real person talk to you.for this car you have to upload the picture first and let him know you here.and then he gonna unlock the car by remote from somewhere.for return same process.you better choose sunny day.cause you have to upload picture and until host check those picture is good .the whole time you have to wait out there he said you can not leave until he lock the car.that day i return was pour rain.i got nowhere to hide because it's street parking.that is my experience

Car had an extremely thick smell of smoke. Drove mostly with windows down and purchased a few air fresheners just to keep the smell off my clothes (didn’t work) Last person definitely abused the vehicle, was very dirty and had lots of dog hair. Rear tail light was out and felt a bit of transmission jump. Poor little car has been abused :/. Owner was not punctual through the app, took about 30 minutes to get in contact with them just to get the car open in pickup and then 25 minutes to get in contact and get the car locked during drop off even though I was 5 min early for both. Seemed like a nice guy once I got a hold of him, I just felt like the process was unnecessarily long considering the fact that the car was in such beat up shape. I definitely think a large amount of my negative experience was probably due to the previous renter abusing the vehicle so much. But I kinda feel that the car owner should have charged them and cleaned the car up before putting it back up for rent.
