- No Smoking in or near the vehicle. If the car is returned smelling like smoke, you will be fined up to $250 and possibly have your Turo account suspended. - Premium gas (91+ octane) only, please leave your gasoline receipt in the center console if not purchasing prepaid fuel option. - No pets allowed in the vehicle. - The car and its keys come equipped with GPS trackers in case you forget where you parked or lose the keys. DO NOT remove any GPS tracker on key nor in car. Any removal of GPS tracker will automatically result in repossession of car, and you will be fined up to $250 and possibly have your Turo account suspended. - DO NOT abuse this car. Absolutely no racing, reckless driving or peeling out. The car comes with a built-in GPS for me to track its location, average speed, and daily route. - Track use or racing is prohibited. Please treat my car with respect. I do monitor tire tread depth before/after and have a GPS tracker installed to use only in the event of theft or evidence of racing/track/off-road use. - Please be careful when parking close to a curb. Each wheel will be photographed before/after and any curb rash will incur a repair fee of $200 per curb rash. - Also be careful going over bumps, dips and driveways to prevent scratching. - To open/close convertible top, you must be completely stopped. - The vehicle will be delivered clean, so please return it clean. Any food particles must be cleaned up before returning the vehicle. No smudges or residues please. Drink spillage will incur a deep cleaning fee.

• How should I handle bridge and other highway tolls?

  The vehicle license plates are registered with Fastrak. You do not need to stop at the toll plaza and you may use the Fastrak lanes. I will bill you at the end of your trip through the Turo App.

• What type of gas should I use to fill the car? and do I need to fill the gas tank when returning?

  Premium unleaded gasoline 91+ Octane. Yes, you need to replace the gas to the level it was at when you first took delivery of the car. For your convenience, you can pay for a prepaid tank of fuel in the Extras section.

• Can I fit my carry-on bags in the front trunk?

  Please measure your bags. The front trunk space is limited: 27x17x16 inches are the dimensions for the front trunk. The back seats also fold down for additional luggage space. In terms of trunk space, the trunk on this car will easily accommodate two carry-on suitcases. Recommend to pack light when renting this car!

• Do I need to wash the car when returning?

  Yes, you need to return the car in same condition as when you took possession. A cleaning fee will only be charged in cases related to the interior, e.g. spilled liquids, pet hair removal, smoke smell, etc. or if the car is muddy / dirty / sandy.

• How do I use the wind screen / wind stop?

  Wind screen is stored in front trunk and secured with combo lock. Contact owner for code to unlock. To unlock, line the 4 digit combo to the center markers on lock and push the silver button on top to release and pull out one end. Store lock in front trunk until checkout. Here are the steps to install wind screen: 1) Drop top to make install easier. 2) Lower rear seat backs by pulling forward release switch next to shoulder seat belts on top of seat. PLEASE NOTE - YOU CANNOT INSTALL WIND SCREEN WITHOUT LOWERING REAR SEAT BACKS. 3) Unfold wind screen and lock in place. 4) Slide corner brackets of screen above rear shoulder seat belts, while ensuring center peg is resting on top of built in shelf on rear seat. 5) Insert each peg in corresponding insert hole on each side by retracting the orange levers on screen. Once inserted wind screen will be locked in place. 6) Manually lift screen when desired. 7) Upon checkout fold up windscreen and attach combo lock to corners and store in trunk. • How do you drop the convertible top?

  Please note that the convertible top only operates when the vehicle is completely stopped and emergency handbrake is pulled up / engaged. Push and hold button on dashboard located on the right side of stereo (button looks like a convertible top on and off car)

• How do you open the front trunk?

  Lift lever on the driver side floor panel next to driver seat. Careful not to open the rear trunk lever to the engine or else you will receive warning indicators and will need to manually close it by pushing down until it clicks.

• How do I add a second or third driver to the trip?

  Before adding another driver, they would need to create a Turo account and get approved similar to how you, the primary driver was setup in the first place. Under the trip section there is a place to add the approved driver's email address. Make sure to add the email address that the additional driver has registered with Turo. • How do you open gas panel lid to refuel the car?

  There is no specific button to unlock the fuel door. When you lock the car the fuel door locks. So when you open (unlock) the car the fuel door unlocks. Try locking door with key manually and unlocking door again manually and the sensor should sense the door is now unlocked and the gas panel will open.
