I clean up and sanitize every car for every trip. If the car is significantly more dirty than it was on check out, you will be charged a cleaning fee. Any hard off-road driving is PROHIBITED, including crawling over rocks, swamps, crossing rivers and climbing hills. Smoking is prohibited. No pets. NO FOOD OR DRINK in the car. Any violation of the rules will result in a $250 fee. If the car is excessively dirty when returned, a cleaning fee of $150 may be charged. Let's respect each other, after your trip this car will go to another guest. The car is always provided impeccably cleaned, so follow the rules of use and this car will always delight you with its quality and cleanliness. Full tank of PREMIUM GAS will be provided. Please return the car full too, thank you!
To avoid this, you can take advantage of the option to pick up the car from the free 4-hour parking near Millbrae Station. It’s just one stop away from the airport on the BART train. In this case, you’ll save on parking fees.
You have 3 options for refueling: 1. You can refuel the car yourself right before returning it after your trip. The car must be refueled with Premium gasoline. In this case, please leave the receipt on the dashboard. 2. You can opt for a pre-paid fuel option when booking. The price for the pre-paid fuel will be included in the rental cost, and you can return the car with any fuel level. 3. If you were unable to refuel the car before returning it, you will be charged for the cost of the fuel plus an additional refueling fee.

Had an amazing trip with the Mercedes AMG C63 Cabriolet. Was the perfect convertible for a long weekend trip exploring the area. Dynamic/exciting when you wanted and comfortable/luxurious when you didn't. The engine and exhaust note brought a smile to every drive. This is a hidden gem for anyone looking to upgrade from the basic, standard convertible options when renting a vehicle. Appreciated the easy pick-up and drop-off process with constant, quick communication throughout the process. There were no hoops to jump through and even super accommodating when the app was not working at checkout. 100% will be looking to rent this vehicle again the next time I am in San Francisco.
