Rest assured, the car will be thoroughly cleaned and sterilized after each trip. It will be delivered to you in excellent condition with a full tank of gas. • Important Policies: • No Smoking: Smoking in the vehicle is strictly prohibited. A $150 cleaning fee will be charged for any odor, ashes, or residue found in the car. • Pets: If you travel with pets, please ensure the vehicle is clean before returning it. • Tolls & Tickets: Any tolls or tickets incurred during your rental will be invoiced to you after the reservation ends or once we receive them. • Return Guidelines: • Please return the car with a full tank of gas, just as it was provided to you. A $10.00 inconvenience fee + the cost of the fuel would be charged. • Take before and after photos of the vehicle to document its condition at the start and end of your rental. • Extensions: If you need to extend your reservation, please do so as soon as possible to avoid interfering with other guests’ reservations. • Airport pick ups: The vehicle will be parked the long term parking and the keys will be in the lockbox on the driver side window. Code will be provided 1hr prior to reservation start time.Guest is responsible for the exit fee from the long term parking ($10.00) when exiting the lot. • Support: If you experience any issues accessing the vehicle or encounter other concerns during your trip, please contact the host and Turo immediately for assistance.
