Great communication, easy to find car in Philadelphia airport, rented 2 car seats and they worked great, car was very clean but smelled of heavy smoke, great gas mileage and overall price was reasonable.
Unexpected issue with car but host was quick to respond, resololution was satisfactory and easy to work with.
