Car ran good despite a few issues owner very responsive.

MacKenzie made everything super smooth for me. Pick-Up was super easy, and me running late didn’t play a factor since she had everything ready for me on arrival! The car ran good and was great on gas for my road trip. The car was able to last a week in the abnormal weather conditions in the Poconos. Traffic on the way back was definitely unexpectedly terrible but MacKenzie was super understanding. I was allowed time to clean and refill the car after my trip and she even wished me save travels during the hectic ride home. You can tell she actually cares about her renters! Thank you so much for contributing to an awesome trip. No complaints at all. Thank you for your help and understanding and I’ll definitely always try to book with MacKenzie in the future :).

As a fellow TURO host, this car should not be listed for many reasons. The check engine light and the traction control system (TCS) light were both on constantly. But the biggest issue was that there was NO HEAT! 🤯 This car needs to be serviced ASAP before being driven again.
