Other than a misunderstanding at the start everything went very smoothly. It’s a really enjoyable car

Car was dirty on the outside and failed to allow me to start the vehicle due to no WiFi access as a foreign visitor.
Hang up on me and refused to answer my calls. Very unhelpful, no professionalism, and will NEVER use this service again.
Many times with Turo and always resolved until now.
Forced to guve one star but should be able to give Zero, no negative stars.

Car was great. Found car smoothly. Although Teslas are great the charging idea sucks. The owner described there would be a portable charger to make recharging effortless however the charger barely charged car , resulting in having to use charging stations. The owner mentions charging stations but not how you will receive a invoice and be responsible for charging rates after the trip too. Very pointless to book rather pay for gas.

Client assumed that charging the car is free. Of course, there will be an invoice after for the charging. Client also smoked marjuana in the car and left a very strong smell in the car. Car will need to have vacuums and fabric shampoo washed. It’s so bad. They also left behind their trash and marijuana carelessly.
