🔸This car takes PREMIUM GAS (91+) ONLY! PLEASE LEAVE RECEIPT IN GLOVE/ MIDDLE COMPARTMENT OR DOWNLOAD A PHOTO OF RECEIPT AFTER FILLING UP WITH PREMIUM FUEL EACH TIME. (NOTE: If wrong grade is used, please contact host immediately, check engine light will appear and the vehicle must be returned immediately for maintenance and repair, cannot be driven, must be towed). 🔸This is a NON SMOKING car. Please DO NOT smoke ANYTHING in this car. You will incur a $250 charge to get the interior detailed if this rule is violated. 🔸 EXCESSIVE CLEANING FEE of $150 will be added if the car is returned with stains, spills and/or residual smells that have been left in the car or trunk. 🔸NO AGGRESSIVE DRIVING No burnouts, No drifts, No Racing. Any aggressive driving of such matter will be subject to tire replacement, oil change and any other related damage fees caused by using the vehicle outside of safe driving parameters. 🔸TOLLS The vehicle has a SunPass toll transponder attached. Any tolls or tickets will be charged as an additional fee and added to the cost of your trip.

• What do I do in case of an accident?

  Please contact me immediately through Turo message app or call/text me directly and I will walk you through the next steps. (NOTE: in the glove compartment there will be a copy of Turo insurance, otherwise you can also find it in the turo app in your trip under the “help” button you will see “documents” and see the “Car Sharing Agreement” and “Incident Information Card” please present these documents to law enforcement if needed/requested along with your Driver’s License, Passport or Identification Card.)

• What do I do if I get a parking citation?

  No worries, you can leave the parking citation in the middle/glove compartment and a invoice will be added at the end of your trip.

• Can I return the car later?

  Usually the answer is yes. Just make the change on the Turo app and I usually approve it. You may incur an extra day charge if the change times require it.

• Can i operate the soft top while the vehicle is in motion?

  Absolutely not! High risk of mechanical damage may occur, please always operate the top while parked.

• Can someone else drive the car?

  In case someone else wants to drive the car all you need to do is add them as secondary drivers in order for them to be authorized drivers. Go to the Details page of your trip and scroll all the way to the bottom to the driver's section, where you will find a link to add them.

• What if I didn’t refuel the car?

  Unless you added the “Prepaid Fuel” in the extras, you will be billed the full amount of gas plus a $10 convenience fee.

• How does the sunpass work?

  If you added the TOYS & GAMES extra for unlimited tolls you do not have to worry about any toll bills. Otherwise, read below. Tolls will simply be billed at the end of the rental period. (It may take up to 14 days to receive it) You will receive an invoice through the app, which you can review and verify with receipts in the "Trip photos". You will see the actual tolls with the date, time, location, and amount of each toll.
