Alejandro is very punctual and quick to respond to messages. The pick up and return process is pretty simple and it’s in a convenient location. Very clean car!

The car was dirty on the outside and inside when I picket up. Wasn’t bad, but could tell it hadn’t been cleaned since last use. When I picked up, the tank was almost empty. The air pressure was off in 3 of the tires. Didn’t cause me problems because I left it how it is, but I could have been a safety issue. Something rattled in the back of the car when you turn. The guy seemed nice on the phone but has been hard to communicate with and I needed to drop off early because of a family emergency and he would not let me change the trip in order to check out. I ended up having to leave the car with someone to drop off later.
