Not super reliable.. Two hours into our trip he tried to cancel... We were trying to enjoy our trip but he kept calling and texting making it hard to enjoy our time without stressing us out. Good car for in the city but when you hit the highway the car gets kind of shaky. Nice guy though! Just not a great experience.
