Told me my vehicle was cleaned and ready. But in fact he did not have a vehicle that I was intended to pick up available. Instead he offer me another vehicle for more money which is also the same make and model. Upon returning the car 45 minutes earlier then return time he tried to charge me a $50 cleaning fee. When he gave me this vehicle it was dirty I had to request for him to clean it which all he did was spray Windex on the vehicle And wipe it with a rag. I would never use the service again not from them. I suggest if you want to get her vehicle go with someone else

You came to pick up the car last minute the customer before you crashed the car you booked so since i have over 50 cars i offer you another car that way it wasn't inconvenient for you. We clean the car in front of you and you braught the car dirty and over milage thats why we offer pre paid cleanning package and unlimited milage.
