  • What type of gas is needed?

    For the best performance this vehicle requires 93 Premium gasoline.

  • What if I get in an accident...what happens?

    ***IMPORTANT***Call 911 and report any injuries first and foremost then call TURO at 415-965-4525. An incident information card will be provided to you in an email and in the vehicle giving you all the information on what to do in an event of a automobile accident. To have the piece of mind that you won't be liable for damages and injuries, I highly suggest selecting a damage and liability waiver at a small cost.

  • Can I have this car dropped off at my hotel?

    Yes...We can arrange to do a remote drop off. I'll have the car waiting for you at the hotel valet. Once you arrive, I'll contact you on how to pick up your vehicle. Service charge applies.

  • Can I bring a pet with me?

    Pets are more than welcomed! HOWEVER, if the vehicle is soiled heavily a "pet cleaning fee" of up to $250 will be assessed. So if your pet sheds a lot I would reconsider.

  • What is platinum concierge service?

    ***INVITE ONLY***Concierge service provides our client exclusive priority in all airports and privacy when traveling in my vehicle. Platinum customers can have a piece of mind of personal security and their personal identifiable information such as name and location concealed.

  • Can I extend the vehicle during my trip?

    Yes...however, you must request this via the TURO app prior to your return time.

  • I would like to rent the scooter! How do I proceed?

    Message me via the TURO app to verify if its available. A refundable security deposit is necessary to rent this scooter and sign a liability waiver form.

  • Covid-19 information

    This vehicle will be cleaned and disinfected before every use using hospital grade disinfectants and processes.

  • Can I take the vehicle out of the state of Florida?

    No...this vehicle is not authorized to leave outside of Florida

  • What if I'm late or a no show?

    If you're going to be late please let me know BEFORE your scheduled pick up time via the TURO app messaging system. I will hold the car up to 2 hours for you. If you don't message me by the pick up time, the reservation will cancel 30 minutes AFTER your scheduled pick up time.

  • How do I open and close the top on this car?

    Please view this YouTube video on how to open and close the top. Please be mindful of being extra careful when opening and closing the top. It’s very costly if any damage to the zippers or mechanical components are damaged due to negligence.

  • Will I be charged a cleaning fee if the car isn’t dirty?

    Due to the strict guidelines for Covid-19 protection and safety for my guests...a disinfection fee of $25 is automatically applied for this particular vehicle at the end of the rental. This consists of using hospital disinfection process before and after every trip. Drink spills/splashes, food stains, ashes, pet hair, sand/dirt, smoke etc. will be additional and assessed a cleaning fee of up to $250 may apply.

  • How do I pay for Toll roads in Florida?

    A Sunpass transponder is automatically provided with the vehicle for your convenience. All tolls incurred will be charged to your rental plus a one time service charge of $5.00 which will be invoiced and uploaded 1-2 days after end of your rental.

  • Can I cancel my trip last minute?

    Yes, However you have up to 24 hours before your reservation begins to get free cancellation. Any cancellation request within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the trip cost per TURO policy.

  • Will you charge me a fee for every little thing?

    No... I'm not interested in nitpicking for every little item. Please be mindful of TURO's Policy's and Guidelines and you'll have a great experience on TURO.

  • What safety measures do you take in case of a breakdown or accident?

    Vehicle is monitored for safety and training purposes. In an event of an actual emergency our staff will be alerted STAT and take the appropriate measures.
