• Do I need to provide my own insurance to rent?

  Typically, yes. If you own an automobile and have full coverage insurance, your own insurance will be considered primary coverage for the rental. However, there are exceptions: Non-drivers: If you do not have personal auto insurance because you do not own a vehicle or have regular access to one, you can purchase insurance through Turo to meet the coverage requirements. Foreign customers: For customers from outside the country, your insurance is not valid in the United States typically. Insurance options are available through Turo to ensure compliance with local regulations and coverage needs. It's important to review your insurance coverage and consult with your insurance provider to understand the extent of your coverage and any applicable deductibles or limitations.

• Can our luggage fit?

Please do not attempt to bring these kinds of luggage as they will be turned away to protect the vehicle.

• Can I take the car to the car wash? Do I need to bring it back clean?

  Yes, you may take it through car washes. It doesn't need to be cleaned but is in at least a similar condition to pickup to avoid a cleaning fee.

• What is the fuel policy for this car?

  The vehicle should be returned with a full tank of 93 premium unleaded fuel, as it was provided to you. Failure to do so may result in additional refueling charges.
