Worst service ever. Both from Mary and Turo.. I rented a vehicle from mary for 4 days. I picked up my rental and everything was fine, until she texted me at 2:48 am to inform me that she needed her car immediately. I’ve never worked with such an unprofessional person. How can you call someone at almost 3am And say that you need your car. I had to meet this woman to give her her car and she was over 1 hour late to pick up the car as well. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PERSON. she is extremely rude and unprofessional. If i could give her a zero i would. Im also extremely disappointed with Turo. They had the audacity to charge me for two days of rental, when i was only with the car for less than 12 hours. Please do your research before renting.

When you have a person so irresposanble that lets unauthorized drivers take your car drunk! And also tells you that is going to keep your call and call a lawyer, police and leaving mean mesages the best thing is to protect your vehicule and the people! This person should be ban from the system! Thank God nothing happen.
