I was very disappointed. I rented this vehicle to ride in a parade. I was in town for a shrines convention. Being a Mercedes owner I was excited to rent a convertible luxury car to ride in. When I received the car we had issues getting the top down so was advised don't put the top up until I turned the car in. Unfortunately that meant my self and three other ladies had to sit in the hot sun for two hours. The front passenger seat lever was broke and we could not lift the seat up to get in the back. One of the ladies Aldo hit there arm on the broken piece and cut themselves and we had to seek medical treatment. The front windshield had a large crack going down the middle. It was also clear that the vehicle has been in an accident there was clear damage to the exterior. I was embarrassed to ride in a parade where over 2000 shrines and locals watched. But since I had already been charged in advance I did not have means and time to go rent another vehicle. This would be a nice car if the owner took the time to keep the vehicle in good condition. Our convention will be in New Orleans again next year and I will definitely not rent from this owner.
