Wrong car. Swapped at last minute. No communication of switch. Called & was told our contact was gone for the day. Not cool! Car was also visibly damaged. Not what I wanted to show up at my sisters home! Also only 1/4 filled with gas. I expected it to be full. It was in the middle of a storm & I had to stop & get gas. Ugh! Pain!! We left early because of hurricane & were not offered a refund or discount. I’d think hard about renting from Christian again. Seems he is running a small business - not like renting from an individual.

It was good but the tire light would come on even when I would put air in the tires. Would go with Christian again.

We loved driving around in Christian’s Chevy Cruze! It was such an easy, stress free check-in and check-out process and Christian was so kind and understanding for accommodating an alternate drop off plan when we were in crunch time to catch our flight out of MSY. We would totally recommend using Turo with Christian to others and will do so again in the future!
