If picking up at Sky Harbor airport, the car will be located in East Economy parking, which is an airport on-site parking lot accessible via the Sky Train (free, 3-5 min tram ride). We will send instructions as to the location of the vehicle once we have dropped it off and we will leave a printed, pre-paid QR code in the vehicle for you to exit the parking lot. When returning the vehicle, you will also park in the East Economy lot and will leave the card you received going in the gate in the vehicle for us to pay so that we can leave the parking lot. If you are flying into Sky Harbor and would like the option to pick up the vehicle at the home location (which is free), it is relatively simple to take the same Sky Train to the 44th St station, where you can connect with the light rail (approx. $4 per person - will need to purchase a Copper Card at the station or download the Valley Metro app). You would take the light rail eastbound approx. 45 minutes to the Mesa Dr & Main St station. The vehicle will be waiting for you at the park & ride at this location. We offer remote check-in for your convenience regardless of the location.
