My sons and I thank you for renting from us. Our cars are always clean and well maintained. With over 1,000 trips we have helped create many great experiences. We promise a first-rate experience. To ensure your rental is enjoyable, we would like to share the following information. We have locations in Boise and Spokane. Unless you opted for airport or hotel delivery, the cars will be picked up at our homes. The Spokane location is in Browne's Addition, near downtown Spokane. The Boise location is actually in Meridian, close to the freeway and near Roaring Springs. In most cases, the drop-off location will be the same as the pickup location. We have a few people who want to drop off at the airport after picking up at our home or vice versa. You can make the change in the app after you pick up the car. In the Event You Need Extra Time: If you can't return the car by your scheduled end date and end time listed on Turo, please use the "Change trip" and "Change trip length" options to extend your trip before it officially ends. Turo automatically charges late return fees. This will also extend your Turo insurance coverage. Pets, smoking, and off-roading or extreme driving are not allowed. Please note that only the primary driver can pick up the car; we can't release the vehicle to anyone else. Driver's License: Turo will ask you to upload pictures of your driver license shortly before your trip. We will verify the information before releasing the vehicle. Don't worry, we will not be able to view the license after we verify it. Total Miles: Please familiarize yourself with the "Total miles included" in the trip, as Turo will charge a fee for additional miles. Fill up the gas tank unless you chose the refuel option. We clean the cars between trips. We have unlimited car wash passes. If the car gets dirty during your trip, feel free to go through the car wash. In Spokane, we use Mister Carwash. In Boise, we use Metro Express. If You Need Assistance: If you need roadside assistance, please call (415) 965-4525 and choose the option for roadside assistance. In case of an accident, please take a deep breath and know that we're here to help. The Turo Insurance ID Card is available on the app when you view the trip details. Please write down or take pictures of the vehicle info (VIN, license plate, and vehicle condition), all driver's license info (name, address, and driver's license number), and all insurance info (insurance company and policy number) of all parties involved. Please inform us of the details of the accident and share all relevant documents. If you need to speak with a Turo customer service representative, their number is (415) 965-4525. Please message us a few pictures that clearly show the damage and report the accident to Turo using this link: https://turo.com/resolutions Tickets: If you happen to get a ticket (including a parking ticket), please pay the ticket right away to avoid additional Turo fees. Towing: If the vehicle is towed to an impound lot, please retrieve it right away. Please pay all fees associated with the ticket, tow, and storage. You can call Turo at (415) 965-4525 to get a copy of the rental contract and receive instructions on how to retrieve the vehicle. And, of course you can call or text us. our numbers will be shared after you have booked the car. Lastly, we hope you have a fantastic and safe trip with us!
No need to clean the car before returning it. We wash and vacuum the car after every trip. If you need a quick cleaning during your trip, you can take it to any Metro Express carwash. We have an unlimited pass on all our cars.
