The car itself is a fantastic ride and made for a very comfortable vacation ride. Michael is very swift to respond and was great when I needed to extend my trip. This is my second time booking this car with Michael because of how wonderful the experience is all around, and it will probably not be the last!

Pickup Location was great. Host was very nice and hospitable considering issues with vehicle. Unfortunately vehicle had issues and was not able to drive. Car kept overheating and also had a thermostat issue. Host could not have been nicer and more understanding - was just unfortunate because I got stuck hour away and missed my flight due to vehicle not being drivable.

Used this vehicle for VIP transportation for a special event. Every thing went very well. Absolutely no issues. There was a long pause in the schedule and the Chrysler was required to idle in 100 degree temperatures and provide ac and keep the VIPs comfortable which it did without a problem. As a first Turo user I ran into speed bumps with the and the host, Michael was a great help getting through without any problems.
