IT IS THE GUEST'S RESPONSIBILITY TO BE AWARE OF REQUIRED GUIDELINES.****** Required by Turo: -Valid driver's license that is in good condition. (No cracks, tears, damage) If a self-check-in via lockbox, Turo go, etc. has been arranged between the host and guest prior to receiving the vehicle, please follow the instructions provided at that time, and note that the following items are also mandatory before obtaining possession of the vehicle: 1. Please upload a photo of your driver's license to trip photos. 2. Please upload a photo of yourself holding your license. -You can upload these photos by going to your reservation page, scrolling down where it says "add photos" and tap there to upload. In the event of an incident/accident/collision: Please inform the owner immediately via the Turo app, before making any decisions on how to proceed. Any changes, repairs, or alterations to the vehicle while in the guest's possession are at the guest's financial expense, unless communicated otherwise in writing and agreed upon with the owner prior to the change, repair, and/or alteration. Please also contact Turo's Customer Support and Roadside Assistance at [Number redacted for privacy and security]- 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can also conveniently find Turo's roadside assistance number in the glove compartment. Please also notify the owner of any scratches, minor damages, spills, stains or any other changes you may note to the vehicle while in your possession. Please wipe up any spills immediately to avoid causing permanent damage. Please leave the car the way you found it. If the car is trashed upon returning, a minimum of $150 will be added to your trip. Please remember to lock the vehicle, beware of your surroundings, and use common sense. Please do not leave any of your valuables, possessions, and/or belongings in the vehicle unattended, as owner is not responsible for them in the event of theft or vandalism. No smoking of any kind is permitted in the vehicle. If there are any signs of smoking, a minimum of $250 will be added to your trip. No pets of any kind are allowed in the vehicle. If guest violates this rule, a minimum of $250 will be added to your trip. No illegal activity of any kind while in possession of our vehicle. Please obey all traffic laws and regulations while in possession of our vehicle. No speeding please! Remember to wear your seat belt(s). The car safely fits 4 people. Please do not exceed the recommended capacity. Please do not leave the country in the vehicle. If the car is not returned on time without any communication from the guest, an additional $20 per hour or portion thereof, may be added to your trip. To help avoid or lessen this charge, please just simply communicate to the owner if you anticipate being late. Please respect our vehicle! Thank you so much and enjoy your trip!
