The renter scammed me out of cleaning fees and a 5% fee for something else. A rental that should have been $378 ended up double. The owner said that there was smoking in the car, but I don't smoke. They said that there was oil underneath a floor mat, but the photo provided was not even the car that I rented. When I spoke to the rental agency and the owner, they both asked if I had proof, did I have pictures? This made me believe that they co conspired to charge me extra money. It was and is a horrible feeling.
I an sorry about this happens but unfortunately this customer violating Turo cleaning and smoking policy, car was returned with dirty interior as a pigsty, the oily liquid is spilled on over the floor on passenger side front, on floor mat and under, the car requires a full wet floor wash, as well car was returned fully smoked. All evidence pictured and reported to Turo support for Investigatîon, the results is the customer was charged according to cleaning and smoking violation policy.
